Anybill Expands Headquarters, Again

Anybill, Inc., the leading provider of complete, on-demand Accounts Payable and sales tax payment solutions announced that, for the third time in its eleven years, the company is moving its headquarters to larger space. On June 12, 2009 Anybill staff relocated just five flights up to new, enlarged offices on the seventh floor of its 15th Street, NW, Washington, DC address.

Anybill CEO Matt Voorhees said, “This move to larger quarters provides critical support to Anybill’s continued growth and expanding service offerings. The new space will accommodate recent strategic personnel and materials additions that extend our technology, customer service and operational capacities. Anybill’s downtown Washington location has been ideal. And, I feel fortunate that we’re able grow in the same building – after all, we’ve only been here three years.”

Technology – an extraordinarily important component of Anybill’s AP design and delivery processes – receives renewed attention in the company’s expansion. Anybill is increasing the size and skill set of its technology group. The IT Department’s new in-house QA testing, development and systems usability teams will have added space to operate and grow as well as ready access to clients and front line Customer Service specialists. Voorhees noted, “Our move is an excellent stage to address all things IT, hardware included. The security measures we are taking to harden Anybill’s server systems, for example, exceed the rigorous AICPA standards that we already meet for its SAS 70 Level II audit certification.”

Anybill’s commitment to prompt and personal response to client needs is reaffirmed in its staffing and the floor plan of its new offices. Recent professional additions to the company’s Customer Service Department reinforce its ability to respond to customer inquiries in real time. And, although hands-on user instruction continues to be conducted at client locations, Washington-area customers now have access to Anybill’s new training facility in the expanded headquarters space.
