Anybill Launches 'The Way You Do the Things You Do' Tradeshow Campaign Highlighting How Existing Workflows Remain the Same With a Move to AP Automation

New tradeshow campaign emphasizes ‘Automated AP Your Way’ and illustrates the ease of integrating automation with a firm’s efficient and evolved workflows

Anybill, Inc., a pioneer in cloud-based accounts payable solutions, announces its 2013 exhibit schedule, including appearances at financial industry’s top events across the country. Anybill’s exhibit—to be seen at shows by the Institute of Financial Operations (IFO), The Accounts Payable Network (TAPN), Sage, PayStream, and Association of Financial Professionals (AFP)—provides an opportunity to see how older, traditional AP systems interface with automation technology to cut costs and improve business performance.

“The transition from paper-based to automated AP is widespread, but not universal,” said Peter Bepler, Anybill President and Co-Founder. “Many (accounting professionals) are reluctant to give up on familiar systems, worried about adapting old to new. Our aim with the exhibit is to demonstrate how the Anybill solution significantly improves a client’s efficiency without total renovation of their existing procedures and technologies.”

Bepler is a featured presenter at The Institute of Financial Operations’ Fusion 2013 conference, May 19-23 in Orlando, Florida. He and Mary Schaeffer, Publisher and Editorial Director of AP Now and Tomorrow, are presenting, “12 Myths & Pitfalls That Unnecessarily Get in the Way of AP Automation Success,” on Monday, May 20th at 11:00am at the Coronado Springs Resort.

Fusion attendees have another opportunity to hear Bepler at 2:45 that afternoon when he participates in a panel discussion covering preliminary findings of IFO’s 2013 AP Automation Study. This study is widely considered to be the industry point of reference for emerging technologies and best practices.

Anybill will participate in two vendor tours at the Fusion show, offering short presentations on AP automation for business efficiency and economy. A limited number of tickets remain available for the “Emerging Technology in Accounts Payable” and “How to Create an Efficient Accounts Payable Automation Operation” tours.

At the upcoming shows, Anybill will demonstrate how a switch to automation allows businesses to keep their efficient and evolved workflows as they are, with the only changes being faster entry, smoother approval, and easier payments. By visiting the Anybill exhibit, attendees also can register to win a Microsoft Surface or an iPad.
