The new Bill Status page, which launched mid-December, is already delivering advanced payment information.
Kevin Felichko, Senior Vice President of Technology, explained, “Client research indicated that an advanced Bill Status page that could quickly deliver highly customizable information topped the list of our clients’ most wanted features.” As a SaaS solutions provider, Anybill has the advantage of delivering the new features to clients instantly, without the need for software upgrades, programming adjustments or additional fees.
Anybill users can now choose to view the status of their invoices through a wide variety of lenses, instantly. “We have added two search filtering stages whose effects are cummulative. For example, the user can filter on one of a variety of information types – such as GL code, payee, check number or invoice date – and add to it a secondary criteria to produce a report revealing the specific information they are looking for,” said Felichko.
Clients enjoy two distinct benefits from enhanced bill status information. First, they are able to gain useful and immediate insight into their own payment cycles, learning where deficiencies exist. This allows them to improve their processes and eliminate bottlenecks and costly mistakes such as duplicate payments and missed discounts. Second, the enlarged search fields, combined with the new search process, add functionality and speed. Anybill clients can now not only identify bill status much quicker, but they also have an improved and immediate view of historical records and invoice/payment patterns.
