To address the reality of COVID-19, we want to share some information with the Paypool community about our preparedness for these situations.
We are most concerned with the health and safety of our employees, their families, and the communities that support us. We consistently monitor the situation and consider the recommendations of local municipalities and organized bodies including the World Health Organization (WHO) and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
As for Paypool services, we will continue to provide the same high level of efficiency and support that our clients expect. Our flexible infrastructure, supported by technology, allows 90% of our employees to work remote and limit our physical dependencies.
Paypool operates multiple facilities which are “hot” or active and can dynamically allocate data, including payment information, on nearly a real-time basis between locations. There is no disruption to production or payment processing.
Paypool has maintained a business continuity plan for many years and used it to deploy disaster recovery procedures in response to emergency situations. We consistently review this plan and implement process improvements.
So please rest assured that we will maintain business as usual at Paypool, and we wish you and your family health and safety during this time of temporary uncertainty.
